Our Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the design direction of your ProjectOne site within the first two weeks of your build, you are entitled to a full refund of your initial payment, no questions asked.

How Refunds Work

Refunds are processed through Stripe, our secure payment provider, and will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.

To request a refund, simply email support@khula.studio within the first 14 days of your project kickoff with the subject line:

“Refund Request”

and we will process it promptly.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

• Your refund request must be submitted within 14 days of your project kickoff date.

• The refund applies to your initial deposit or first monthly payment only.

• Refunds are not available after the 14-day window has passed.

• If you have already approved the final design and your site has launched, the project is considered complete and no refund will be issued.

Monthly Plan Cancellations

If you are on the $100 USD p/m plan and choose to cancel after the 14-day refund window, your site will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle and will then be taken offline.

No partial refunds will be issued for unused days within a billing period.

If you wish to take ownership of your site before the 24-month term is complete, you may pay out the remaining months in full and we will transfer the site to your Framer account immediately.
